need some help...

Hi everyone, i’m new here and sorry if this has been discused before.
I’m new to SK and I’m really looking forward to read the manga, but when I started investigating about it I found that there is a new version of the manga called Kang Zeng Bang. Now I kind of get confused about what to read. So here are my questions, maybe you can help me…
-What should I start reading?
-May I read KZB or just the regular manga?
-How many chapters there are?
-Where can I download the SK manga in english?
